COMMUNITY PROMPT QUESTION
Welcome to our Community Prompt submissions page.
Last issue, we asked our community about healing from trauma and what that process may look like for them. We were thrilled that several of you sent us your responses.
It means so much to us to get to hear from our readers about topics that are very close to heart for our community. Thanks to all who submitted!
For those who don’t know, the community prompt is a recent addition to the magazine. Here’s how it works:
-
We ask you a question about meaningful topics within the community
-
You send us your answers through our google form or our email; it can be one word or an essay, and you can use any medium you think best conveys your response!
-
In the next issue, we’ll display the responses in a collage.
Our hope for these community prompts is that it provides the space for fostering introspection and connection, as well as helping to build solidarity within the community.
Here’s our community prompt for this issue:
Touched by tragedy and tested by injustice, how can we hold space and show compassion for those who are miles away from peace?
